Official Gazette No. 30469, of February 24, 2026, contains a set of resolutions from the Securities Market Superintendency (SMV) registering securities of various companies for public offer. Among them are Global Bank Corporation (Resolution SMV-439-25), CREDIVIVA, S.A. (SMV-440-25), Electron Investment, S.A. (SMV-452-25), HD Holdings Group Inc. (SMV-399-25), and Productos Alimenticios Pascual, S.A. (SMV-426-25).

Registration of securities with the SMV is the formal step that enables a company to place instruments — bonds, shares, or others — in Panama's capital market. The diversity of issuers, spanning banking, insurance, and consumer goods, reflects a continuous flow of transactions in the local market.

The activity is not limited to 2026. In Gazette No. 30348, of August 21, 2025, securities of the Inter-American Corporation for Infrastructure Financing (CIFI) were registered for public offer, an issuance aimed at financing infrastructure in the region.

For investors and issuers, the pace of registrations is an indicator of the dynamism of Panama's securities market. Nexo Capital will follow the details of each issuance as the SMV publishes the corresponding resolutions.
